REGISTRATION FEES

• The registration fee must be paid to the account number specified below, and the registration form and proof of payment must be sent to the organization secretariat via email.
• The conference registration fee includes a bag, lanyard, final program, and participation certificate.
• VAT (20%) will be added to the above prices.
• Registration fees must be paid into the account number specified below.

ACCOMMODATION FEES

• The stated prices are for 2 nights and will be applied as package rates.
• The hotel accommodation package includes: 2 nights of accommodation (check-in on September 3, 2026, check-out on September 5, 2026), open buffet breakfast, lunch at the congress hotel on scientific program days, coffee breaks, and access to the exhibition area and meeting halls.
• VAT (10%) will be added to the stated prices.
• The accommodation package fee must be transferred to the bank account specified below, and the payment receipt must be sent to the meeting organizing secretariat via e-mail.

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION TERMS:

• Requests for accommodation cancellation must be submitted in writing to Z Event Congress Organization Tourism Services.
• For cancellations made before June 12, 2026, the registration fee paid will be refunded after deducting a 10% bank fee.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after June 12, 2026.
• Only name changes will be accepted after June 12, 2026.
