ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
ORAL AND/OR POSTER PRESENTATION Submission Requirements
The only valid method of submission is to enter your presentation into the online system. Presentations submitted independently of the system via email or postal mail will not be accepted.
The final submission date for abstracts is August 8, 2026.
Abstract Submission Rules
Please READ CAREFULLY the following before you begin your submission.
- The final abstract submission deadline is August 8, 2026. Abstracts submitted after this date will not be accepted.
- Abstracts can be submitted only as Oral, Poster, or Video Presentations.
- In order for your abstract to be evaluated, we kindly ask that you strictly adhere to the abstract submission rules.
General Rules for Abstract Summaries
- Abstracts are limited to 500 words, excluding the title and author names.
- The font used in the abstract must be Times New Roman, 10-point size, and the abstract should be written with single line spacing.
- Abstract titles must be written in uppercase letters.
- Research abstracts must be structured as Introduction and Objective, Method, Results, Conclusion; case report abstracts must be structured as Introduction and Objective, Case, Conclusion.
- The abstract title should clearly describe the content of the study. Abbreviations in the abstract, except for commonly known ones, must be written in full at first use, followed by the abbreviation in parentheses.
- In order for submitted abstracts to be considered for evaluation, the abstract must be prepared in accordance with the universally accepted principles specified below.
- An “Abstract” is a carefully prepared summary of the study or case planned to be presented. Within the word limit, the abstract should be as detailed as possible; for research studies, it should include all analyzed data, numerical and statistical results, highlight the most important messages of the study, and emphasize its contribution to the existing literature.
- Since abstracts will be published exactly as submitted, authors are strongly reminded to pay attention to spelling and grammatical errors.
- Even if abstracts are accepted for presentation at the congress, abstracts that are not uploaded / not displayed / not presented will not be included in the congress book or on the USB memory. The USB memory containing the abstracts presented at the congress will be delivered to participants on the second day of the congress together with attendance certificates; for participants leaving earlier, it will be sent to their addresses.
- If drug names are mentioned in the abstract, generic names must be used, and company names must not appear.
Feedback
- An e-mail containing the evaluation result of your abstract will be sent to the e-mail address provided to us as of August 8, 2026.
- The evaluation result of your abstract will be one of the following: Accepted / Rejected / Revision Requested and Accepted.
- Abstracts for which revision is requested must be corrected according to the suggestions and resubmitted by August 16, 2026.
- The author is responsible for following all stages of the abstract evaluation process.
- All abstracts accepted as poster presentations must be prepared as PowerPoint poster presentations and uploaded to the system by 09:00 on August 22, 2026.
- Since it is not possible to display all posters during the congress due to their large number, only selected posters from those accepted by the Scientific Evaluation Committee will be displayed in the poster area throughout the congress.
All information regarding the presentation format, time, and location will be communicated to the authors via e-mail.
